Sida Programme Evaluation- call for proposals

We are pleased to publish the Terms of Reference (ToR) for the end of programme evaluation of our multi year initiative funded by Sida (Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency).

The evaluation will assess the Centre’s relevance, effectiveness, impact, sustainability, and efficiency. It will also strengthen institutional learning and adaptive programming through our methods approach based on Outcome Mapping and Outcome Harvesting.

This evaluation fulfils accountability requirements to Sida and other stakeholders and will inform evidence based strategic planning for the next programming cycle. Interested providers can now access the ToR below and submit proposals until 23 December 2025
