It is not possible to download an application format here on the web site. Diakonia sees partnership as a result of a process where Diakonia and the organisattion get to know each others vales and way of work.

To become a partner organisation

Diakonia believes in long term partnership, and that a cooperation process starts by getting to know each others way of thinking and working.

Taking part of the information at these partner point pages gives you an overview of Diakonia's relation with its partners. It also gives your organisation a possibility to see if Diakonia's general conditions match your organisation's ideas and way of work.

If you represent an organisation interested in cooperation with Diakonia we kindly ask you to read through these pages. If you find that a cooperation would be possible, you are most welcome to contact the closest Diakonia regional office.

Diakonia’s grants to partners are regulated in the following documents:

General conditions Diakonia’s co-operation with partner
Co-operation agreements with partners.

Agreements take precedence over general conditions.

The General conditions document regulate grants from Diakonia to its partners, regardless of the financing source.
