Easy Guide to International Humanitarian Law in the Occupied Palestinian Territory (oPt)

IHL Resource Centre

Harvard web portal

The information project includes the IHL web portal of the Harvard University based program HPCR - The Program on Humanitarian Policy and Conflict Research. The web portal on IHL in the oPt includes a great source of qualitative information on IHL and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Information easily accessible

The web portal is easily accessible and fills existing information gap by combining expert analysis and background materials, in a format uniquely suited to the needs of staff in the field and other actors in need of reliable information.

Experts' briefings

While navigating through the web portal, you can find a number of briefing notes on specific issues. They are written by experts in the field. The briefings have been used as references by both the local and international development and donor communities, in UN reports, public statements and articles.

HPCR

The HPCR – The Program on Humanitarian Policy and Conflict Research is one of our implementing partners for the information component.
