Vilma Siney in Guatemala is an enthusiast with a passion for change. Although she is only 22 years, she is already a leader in her village. It is her women come to for advice and support. She is active in the Diakonia partner organization Agims, and educates other young girls about women's rights. "Many think I'm weird, they say I should get married. But now we are actually four girls in my village who want to wait to get married. We want to decide over our lives ourselves. Little by little, other women are starting to see us as role models, "says Vilma.
